Airbnb is far cheaper in host commission (in most countries 3%) than any platform I know.
And far cheaper than you paying to market your own place.
To be honest I don’t understand your question. What software and what version did you buy? Free hosting… like hosting websites? No. Or hosting your rental listing? Also no. Booking takes 15% per listing vrbo 500USD /year.
They said houfy is free but I created an account and so far I didnt get ANY guests.
