Please help me I haven’t got paid for a booking I had 6 weeks ago… Who do I speak to resolve this?
go to your account. go to account settings. click on transaction settings. you will find the booking there. it will tell you if it’s been paid out or if there’s a hold on it. either way, go to help. click visit help center. click contact airbnb, and email them with the payout problem and information.
You should have opened a case when the payment was not received within 24 hours. They are usually pretty good about getting to the bottom of the matter. There were some self-admitted gltiches with Payout about four to five weeks ago, maybe your payment also fell into the same black hole mine did. Just call customer service. The number is buried in the Help menu.
