I couldn't make this up!

Recent guests x 2 nights gave us our first 4* review, the reason being?? They couldn’t find the entrance; had to ask in the pub next door; the pub has a similar name; didn’t expect a Chance Inn and Chance Cottage together; this confused us; perhaps we should have read the listing.

I responded publicly with “So sorry you couldn’t find the entrance. This is a first for us!” What I really wanted to ask/say is “Can you read? There is a large plaque on the wall by the entrance that says Chance Cottage. There’s a photo of it on Airbnb. Yes, you should have read the listing.”

Ho hum. And yes, it is good to vent!
