How you're keeping track of monthly purchases?

Some use spreadsheets, some refer to their Amazon links.

What’s your way to keep track of your monthly shoppings while you make sure you’re always ahead and never run out of anything?

How do you work with your cleaners? They send you a list? Links? Photos?

Personally, I count on my cleaners for listings that I can’t get to though they are not always telling me about the products in a timely fashion :confused:

I keep 3 lots of everything
1 in the house
1 on the shelf
1 at home
When it comes off the shelf, it is replaced from home and shipping list noted
