How to place no cancelation on guests

Hello, Im a new host and for some dates I want to put that if the guests book, they cant take it back. BUT ONLY in some dates, I want to chose which ones. Like in booking.

In the options, my only options are:
-they can cancel until 1 day before
-they can cancel until 5 days before
-they can cancel until 5 days and need to pay 50%

Airbnb doesn’t allow us to be so selective. You can only choose one option that applies to all bookings. I would select ‘strict’ and then you can always choose to refund if it suits you
