How to charge extra for item damage or other fees that used by the guest?

Hello Dear,
I have two questions:

  1. If my guest damaged something in my home, how do I charge them upon an agreement on the damaged cost? Do I use the features in airbnb site? how?

  2. My guest ordered some movies from the cable company, how do i charge that amount on top of his bill?

Resolution center. But you must do it within 48 hours. I would make copies of the cable bill and submit photos of the damaged items and have them ready.
