How to block a guest?

Does anyone know how to block someone? The directions say to tap the three “…” on the message or long-press on the message on the app, and neither option is working for me. The “…” just give me the option to archive, star, or mark as unread. (The guest does not have a reservation.)

I don’t think you can block a guest without contacting customer service. If there is little flag icon visible in the message thread I think you can flag them and it gives options to say why you are flagging them.

I’m thinking the block option was removed. CS directed me to block a guest and neither of us could figure out how.
