How to add an additional night to a booking

Hey guys, I am sure this has been asked a hundred times, but I can’t find an answer and I need one fast! Have a confirmed booking and the guests just asked if they can come one day early. The night is available but I have a 3 night minimum stay, so was thinking of just changing it to 1 night, briefly, so they can add the extra night.

Otherwise should I ask them to cancel and rebook?

You can do an alteration to the booking. Just go to their reservation and find the alter button. Then they have to accept the change and you are done! Yes you should change the minimum to one night if you need to.
