I love curry and hate the way my house smells of it for days after I cook it.

Try boiling vinegar and water while cooking…like you do with fish and after they leave, clean and leave large bowls of ammonia out for a day when you are out. Ammonia will neutralize any smell, it is a gas disolved in water and evaporates out and neutralizes odor. Clean with a little white vinegar too.

Konacoconutz, the trick with fish is boil white vinegar and water while cooking the fish…youd be amazed.

Trouble is… you can’t tell the guests to do that!
They have their own private kitchen
