Hey guys, I have heard that guests have 48 hours to change the review. Do you know how that can be done? A guest has misinputted the start rating by pressing the # to quickly, do you know how I can guide her to edit it?
Could be wrong but think it is just the text rating that can be edited. I would imagine they can figure it out if they go to the dashboard. If you still can’t contact customer chat.
