Welp, since I’m among friends, I’ll just fess up and say I’m hella (do people still say that? :sweat_smile:) biased, and very consciously so.

There are many types of :poop: “heads” I do NOT want in my beds.

No misogynists, liars, cheapskates, jerks etc, etc. If you, by chance, expose this about yourself or it shows in your reviews, you may find a date you were inquiring about mysteriously unavailable. Just saying…

I would just say you are new to this and that you are sorry you don’t take long stays for now

I would even do two night stays until you feel comfortable

Thanks everyone for the great responses. Update on the question: I did accept the booking and hosted the guests. There were excellent guests and I would have them back any day. We had no issues at all during their stay and they left a great review.
