How can I see star ratings for guests?

I don’t see this on the app. I am on Instant Book, also on an iPhone. Maybe iPhone users don’t get to see the star ratings?

To add to this - you need to start at the Reservations section > find the guest and click Details. If you click on their name or photo from the same area, you will be directed to their ‘public profile’ which doesn’t show stars at all.

I don’t have a reservation section on the iPhone app, I assume you are talking about the website? I can just go to Calendar, click on someone, then their itinerary, star rating etc are visible. I just click the Reviews/star rating link and a window pops up with the star breakdown.

Ya, I’m referring to the website. From the iphone app you can get to the same details page that shows the overall star rating, but when you click on that it just shows the reviews (not star details).
