Yeah im thinking about getting one of those igloo locks.
Due to the surge in Airbnb listings in major cities in Asia, the 1) Hotels 2) Management bodies of the apartments are starting to ban air bnb. Property values that have been high due to the fact that it could earn renters more money from air bnb has since started to drop.
Now with this happening. Only COMMERCIAL title properties are able to run listings safetly. Which then causes a saturated effect, whereby all airbnb owners are forced to buy these commercial lots, and then compete with one another for price as all these air bnbs are within the same area. Is this happening in other countries and how has your community handling this issue?
