What is the best way to keep my housekeeping personnel updated on my booking status? Sharing calendar, calendar sync, Teams or ?

You can make one of them a cohost so she/he can view calendar. As a cohost, the person will also get confirmation of booking emails.

Yes, but as I understand she will also have access to making changes, deleting booking etc and I don’t want to take that risk.

Use the Team and Tasks functions within the core Airbnb platform, this I believe is what it was set up for.

John, As I understand you need to assign specific tasks using Teams. You can not, for example, send automatic emails with calendar information. For example, for each checkout, you need to create a specific message. I would like to have this automated.
