House building and contents insurance for house with AirBnb

We have an annexe which we use as AirBnb in the UK. Can someone let me know which insurance company in the UK provide insurance for a house with AirBnb. We would like the insurance for the house and contents along with Host Liability Insurance or Public Liability insurance.

Even though I’m in the USA, for many years I have used Lloyds of London.

Proper insurance is endorsed by Loyds of London. I don’t know if this is the same insurance that the person above mentioned or a sub-division.

I go with Intelligent Insurance here in UK, the market is quite limited. You should check that any provider you consider take into account that you have an annexe. I think some would cover it as part of the insurance for the main house but finding a company that will cover both letting out and having the annexe can complicate things a bit. I’d be interested to know how you get on
