My front door is supposed to stay locked. If it’s open or unlocked for more than 5 minutes my security system calls my phone and sends an alarm to my main computer, unless I override it.

Just as a follow up, the claims department finally responded to my submission (it has been over a month now) and said…go Figure!
They are not responsible for anything that is done outside of the guests or their invitees staying at my home, so I am responsible for all of the damages!
This is after I have spent over 5-10 hours talking over the phone with 3 different departments (Safety team, general support, and the claims department) for them to come to this conclusion.
This is beyond frustrating and makes me want to punch someone over there in the fing face since it took them this long to come back to me and send me an email instead of calling me to discuss this problem!!!
I’ll close this topic as you’ve now started a fresh one regarding this incident.
