I live in Lane Cove, Sydney Australia and have never rented my flat before.
So I guess I need to make contact with a reliable and experienced host/hostess to run my flat on Airbnb while I am overseas. All options and suggestions gratefully considered.
The flat is a studio in a resort type development very popular with overseas visitors.

And you are aware of the new rules for NSW that are coming in and does your building have any strata rules regarding short term letting?
