We purchased our house in NC in April 2018 and the seller purchased a home warranty. We are coming up on its retirement or renew decision and I was wondering what other forum members would advise.
We have had three instances where we did/could claim against the warranty and each time First American has been a nightmare work with. I certainly would never go with this company again but I am wondering if this is a company issue with First American or have others bad experiences with other companies?
Does anyone have a good story / company recommendation to share? Thanks in advance!
