I can’t figure out how to approve a request to change a reservation. The guest emailed me asking for the change, which I agreed to, and she has make the request change but I can’t find out where to accept it using the app. My computer is in the shop so I need to do it from my phone. Anyone know how?
It will sometimes appear on the Dashboard screen. If you click on it once without making a selection, it will disappear. There should be a link in the email, which will take you to the mobile site, where you can approve it.
