Help please...No bookings for 5 weeks...anything wrong with my listings?

Daily activity on the listing pushes you up on the search engine rank.

If you login everyday and update your calendar regularly, Airbnb’s search engine algorithm will perceive you as an active host and boots your rankings.

For the people getting a lot of views, but no reservations…
I’d suggest looking into the descriptions and the general offer of your place. Photos and the title are good (they do make potential customers click your listing), but the rest is not good enough to keep guests’ interest and make them book.

Update on view numbers and progress earnings graph glitch:

I just checked on my iOS app and the views are back (2214). However, I still get the data format error when I try to pull up the graph.

And we have a booking! First since the 28 of May!

Summer months June and July are usually very slow. It is best to drop your rates very low just to get occupancy and make some money rather than none.

You can try to re-list the property. may be it help
