Help please-my account has been disabled?

I signed up to AirBnb just yesterday and sent a message to a host that matched the dates and location-when tried to log in just now to book and pay it said “we have disabled your account please email us”. I really needed to get our booked sorted because we are attending a wedding over 4000 miles from home and due to a music festival in the same area on the same weekend, all the hotels and motels are booked up, and there was only one left on AirBnB which we can afford and is available-so very very stressed and annoyed my account has been disabled without warning or explanation?! How long will this take to be fixed and has anyone any idea what’s happened? So much for it being straightforward!!

What do you expect anyone OTHER than AirBnb to do? Email them pronto.
