Help Needed : What kind of community do you want? How would you improve the host community?

Hi everyone , I am a university student working on a project on how to grow and improve the Airbnb Experience host community in Sydney. I am not affiliated with Airbnb. We are trying to engage with hosts to get their ideas on what kind of community they want/feedback on previous attempts at a host community by Airbnb. We encourage responses from all Airbnb hosts, not only limited to hosts in Sydney. Our final report will be presented directly to Airbnb in Sydney , so it is a good chance to have your opinions and ideas heard by Airbnb.
