Lol. First thing was maybe they want to party in there and it’s more convenient than a detached? Idk lol. I give people the benefit but when you have no pic or reviews and its short notice and you’re local? Plus my rate at the time was just way to high to make sense for someone to book my place then lol. Just being honest. I think they also said 1 guest…hmmm…lol. Hopefully if they truly needed a place they found one
Maybe they were going to back a truck in the garage and clean you out…

Why didn’t you just inquire? Although it’s nit super likely, it is POSSIBLE that he would have been a perfect guest for you and you would have made bookoo bucks at the same time!
