Help host for other owners in cities, new AirBnB option?

I’ve been thinking about offering my London AirBnB hosting team to other hosts. Since 2014 Ive collected a dependable group of people who help me host; I do HR/Recruitment for my day job so collecting people was a natural instinct :blush: when I wanted to AirBnB our flat https://www.airbnb.co.uk/co-hosting/profile/8747551

Has anyone else done this and what has been your experience to date, else would you as a host consider using this new option to seek help as hosts yourself?

If you are thinking of doing this you will need to decide on a business model, your sub contracting model, how you will differentiate yourself in a crowded marketplace and identify a marketing strategy and budget.

Have you had a lot of interest personally as a co-host?
