Have you notice differences between the 'generations'?

Under 25s are the least considerate. Not in a cultural sense, like the 2 Russian males who were our very first guests and stayed a month… but the kids who aren’t independent thinkers and rely on someone to remind them of their responsibilities.
We have too many stairs to host older guests.

Of the super young guests, early 20s, those have been 100% great. Hit and miss with 30 and above…I would say there is really no,rhyme and reason to any of it.

How old is older and how many stairs? Just wondering if I could book your place. I can only do about 5 flights comfortably but for the right room I’ll do 10 floors.

You’re a grandmother?? I thought you were a youngish guy from your posts! How funny. How on earth do I manage to screen guests?! I’m hopeless !

I find older couples the hardest, mostly. In fact, couples generally. They tend to rate lower and are less friendly. Obviously there are notable exceptions but overall I’ve noticed a significant difference between couples and friends travelling together or parent/adult child combos.
