It is a website that is offering a free How to Start an Airbnb workbook. Wondering what the catch might be free things are rarely free!
People offer free books/guides etc online in order to capture your contact details. @Terryathome

True…maybe I’ll check it out on the public library computer.
I’ve often thought too that if the people who write these know what they’re talking about, why aren’t they doing it and making a great living and career for themselves as an Airbnb host?

You’ll learn more by a) actually doing it and b) reading this forum.
All these “gurus” make me laugh, mainly because their recommendations and advice are mostly, as we say in Glasgow, shite.

I actually have been hosting for over almost 3 years and have read most posts here! I have been advising a couple of friends who are just starting out. Thought it would be interesting to get another perspective. Sometimes it’s hard to remember the rookie details!
This forum has been really valuable and I always recommed it.
In general I’m skeptical of thoses who set themselves up as gurus.
