Does anyone here use a PMS/Channel Manager? I recently started my property management business and want to try to manage them properly from the beginning rather than using spreadsheets/manual.
I read a previous thread from 2016 about Guesty and it seemed to have mixed reviews.
Was at an exhibition in London a couple of weeks ago and saw that Lavanda is offering something very similar. Had a demo and it does look excellent in terms of operations and just simplifying things. Just wondering if anyone has experience with these or others.
