They can claim on their travel insurance surely? If they didnât take it out⌠tough. You are under no obligation to rent out the room to a homeless charity as you canât accept third party bookings⌠itâs an Airbnb rule.
Actually any cancellation made within 24 hours before check-in also triggers the guest/host review process, even if a full refund is given.
