Is there a reason you want to change it? You can charge through the resolution center if it’s a price difference.

Make sure you change the price before you approve the change request from the guest if you charge more for additional guests. You can also initiate the change but, again, be sure to update the price.

I like to officially track the number of guests, but as @mica555 says, you can just send a funds request for whatever you charge for extra guests via the Resolution Center and leave the guest count alone, especially if you are allowing them to go over your listed max.
