When I look at a guest’s reviews I cannot see how many stars they have received. I have a guest I’d like to rate as 2-star for communication. Will he know I’ve done that? Thank you.
No the stars are used internally. No one can see them.

I don’t think guests can see the ratings they have received but hosts who have Onstant Book on can see them!

Not grumpy at all…the opposite actually! Elated because my last guest that had to be escorted by the sheriff to retrieve her belongings after checkout never left a review, even after my day pad of leaving one with 59 minutes remaining.
