I’ve never managed to use the software people talk about to check whether a guest has previously left bad reviews for hosts before. Can anyone explain how it works?
Also I’ve previously been able to click on guest reviews to check out where they’ve stayed before and read reviews they left the host. Now that link to the host’s listing doesn’t seem to work. What’s happening with this?
It’s called Air Review and is a Chrome extension. When I go on the Forbes website it says it’s loaded on my desktop (then poof nowhere to be seen). Does this mean it only works on a computer and not on a smartphone? I’ve looked through the previous threads but I can’t find anything which says how you actually use it.
Yes works only on computer. Not on smart phone.

Thanks. Groan! Will dust off the laptop tomorrow. I don’t even usually use the thing in the Summer holidays. Would be great to have it as an app.

It is a chrome extension, not an app. it was developed by a third party, not airbnb, and as Chrome extension. therefore it works only when you browse the abb website in chrome, not any other browser.
