Is someone able to tell me how I can see potential guests previous reviews on previous stays please?

There is an Airbnb extension that you can add to your Chrome browser that stays in your menu bar

Or just click on their profile

Just click on that circle with the letter in it that appears to the left of your messaging stream with the guest, which will take you to their profile and reviews.
