Guest damage to the shower handle -- should the guest pay?

Orwellian…are you kidding!? I used the term “hospitality” in the the industrial sense. As I stated, we do not greet our guest due to the remote area of our location. Our cabin is a 2600 sq ft. 4 bedroom luxury cabin, our guest are presented with a welcome basket of gourmet popcorn, hot chocolate, kit to make s’more. A coffee tray stashed with a variety of Keurig coffees & tea. We also provide spices, & a variety of condiments. We call our guest upon arrival to ensure their safety. Your pompous attitude is very critical & done so without knowing our location & the dangers of being pro active to the safety of our guest or our dedication to their satisfaction during their stay. So, yes, I am the housekeeper & owner!

I guess you didn’t read the rest of the thread. I was kidding but I’ve made note to not do it in response to any of your posts again.

I’m going to take my crown and retire to my ivory tower to look down upon all below now.
