Guest Cancels 2 hours before checking, blames Location Gives 4.8 rating

This has worked wonders for me. It is information that I tailored to speak to the guest instead of the host. It fits on one side of printer paper which is laminated and posted… they cannot unsee this once they read it.

The review system is set up to establish trust between guests and hosts and to help guests decide if the listing is what they’re looking for. Here is what you can give feedback on.

  • Overall experience. Overall, how was the stay?
  • Cleanliness. Did guests feel that the space was clean and tidy?
  • Accuracy. How accurately did the listing page represent the space? For example, guests should be able to find up-to-date info and photos in the listing description.
  • Value. Did the guest feel that the listing provided good value for the price?
  • Communication. How well did the host communicate before and during the stay? Did the host respond quickly, reliably, and frequently to their messages and questions?
  • Check-in. How smoothly did check-in go?
  • Location. How did guests feel about the neighborhood? Does it feel like a safe neighborhood?
  • Amenities. How did guests feel about the amenities that were available during their stay? Were the amenities listed available, working, and in good condition?
