Thank you Emily - Yes, it has been a little expensive to get started as I have gotten all new towels, sheets, comforters, toiletries, ect for guest use. We have one walk in closet that we installed a lock on and are keeping some valuables in there and anything else we would be really upset about losing we are taking with us. We are also locking a pantry with all of the food we don’t want people using as well as other little things we would be sad if people broke. We do know there is no “guarantee” that people won’t just break into those, but hopefully we will not have to worry about that! Thank you so much for these tips!

Thanks so much for this! I did look Ring up on Amazon and did see they are pretty cheap. And thank you for the tip to ask people for all the names of the people who will be staying. I will be doing this for sure!
