Hi All,
Concert being held in town and under 18’s are able to attend this event. I did get spooked off it by a request from a 17 year old wanting to use her parents log in.
Unsure whether to open it up for the weekend, basically don’t want the house wrecked or someone to do something silly. Its a big event and I alot of demand for places to stay. Any advice?
Say no to minors and 3rd party bookings (person staying has to book on their account). If you don’t live in the place you need to have a camera like a Ring doorbell to monitor. In most cases it will be fine. Make your money.
