Great review - no stars?

Hi. I received a good review of our property but it seems there are no stars that go with the review.

  1. If a guest forgets to tick/ select the stars for the various components, does that mean you get a review with no stars?
  2. does the no star review reduce your overall rating? Is it counted as a zero?

It has to be a glitch. They can’t finish and post a review unless the star portion is done. There are lots of ‘bugs’ in the airbnb system. I think this will require a call to CS
