A question for you experienced hosts out there: what kinds of things do you ask guests to get to know them & get a better sense of if you want to accept their reservation?
For instance, I just got a request from a guy, he has one positive review and a picture on his profile. Here is his message:

My name is ____ I am an engineer in ______CA, I plan to move to _______ area so want to check out the area.

What kind of information would be helpful to me in deciding if this is a good booking? What kind of questions would you ask?
