Free tool to compare your occupancy rate with your neighbor's

My 2 listings have been updating for a day now. How long does it take?

I wrote @tom2 about this very problem and he said it might be a premium feature in the future.

This looks like it could be good, but at present the occupancy data is way out.
For me it says my occupancy for June is 13%, when I haven’t had anyone in, and for July and August it says 103%!
I’m wondering if it counts blocked-out time as occupancy? I have time blocked out when my son is home from Uni on vacation, other times when I will be away myself. If this is counted them it will really skew the data, and other people nearby may feel they are under-performing compared to me, for example.

Does this no longer work? I’m on Safari and it ā€œfailed to open pageā€

This is a different tool made by my company, but it should do the same thing:

It uses Airbnb data sourced by Everbooked to calculate average occupancy, rates, etc.

Word of advice: Use an obviously fake email/phone number if you don’t want to be contacted by my company about finding a free rental manager. The tool also only works for US properties.

Hope it helps!

Me too, nada, nothing

It worked for my address today. It says I should charge 40% more than I currently do. I may do that as soon as I get some upgrades done this winter.

Does it work for you today?
I just tried it (via Google Chrome) and I got a DNS error message.
I’m from Italy, no idea if this counts…

Still does not work for me, I’m in USA

I think it’s just a US tool

Hi Tom,

I can’t get bnbsonar.com to come up. I tried Internet Explorer, Chrome…suggestions?

http://www.rented.com/rented-rental-grader/ is the link that worked for me. I think you have to still have knowledge about your own place, because I think it’s based on a whole house and since mine is an apartment above the garage, there’s no way I’d feel comfortable charging that price, at least not without some serious upgrades.

Is this service dead? Doesn’t work for me on Safari or Chrome.
