I was just coming to the forum to post the same story. So now one more thing to add to my house rules. (LOL - Iâm just kidding) I already have a rule that says that there is filming in my airbnb.
How embarrassing for her that her full name is out there for doing this. How disturbing that this is something that people pay to see on these adult sites.
On the contrary, this free publicity will only help her business.
so not only do we need to be aware of guests using our listings for prostitution, but seriously kinky strange behaviour as wellâŚ
And silly us, we naively assumed that guests asking for free stays in exchange for featuring our listings on their social media channels were simply annoying free-loaders.
And one cant say theyâre âpiss weakâ either!! She must have had a very full bladder!! Ha! Ha!
âThat there IS filmingâŚâ Typo, or do you allow filming?![]()
Another example of how far this forum has fallen.
Just set up a Facebook group and be done with it.
Youâre welcome to move on to another site. Your job here seems to be the critic and itâs not helpful.
Stories like this are exactly why I finally got serious about my post-checkout documentation process. The damage part is bad enough, but imagine trying to make a claim without proper evidence.
After getting burned on a claim denial last year (the damage was real, my documentation was garbage), I put together a full checkout walkthrough checklist. Covers what to photograph, in what order, how to make sure timestamps are on, and the turnover handoff with your cleaner.
The biggest thing I learned: the Airbnb Resolution Center requires dated photos with context and ideally before/after comparisons. âMy cleaner texted me a pictureâ doesnât cut it.
If anyone wants the checklist, happy to share â just reply or DM me.
Why not post it here for everybody?
I would never attempt to use the Airbnb âResolution Centerâ or otherwise "Aircoverâ. Frustrating waste of time with potential to backfire miserably.
