A first aid kit can be a plastic container with a few band aids, tape and gauze with a label saying first aid kit, that would cover tourist board. Re foster kids, someone In a meeting said it would be a good idea, no evidence to show how it makes kids safer, but I guess you have to do it. What happens if there is a accident, social workers send kids to ER with any minor injury.

I keep First Aid supplies (kits, bandages, basic antispectic) on-hand in a designed closet and that closet is clearly labeled. I also have fire extinguishers located on both levels of the house and clearly signed/labeled.
