I hope you will be able to develop a bit of a thick skin and not take the ratings too personally. If they gave you a 5 overall that’s most important. I’ve been dinged a star on things like “check in” when I allowed early check in! What?! I guess the twit didn’t like me pointing out that it was two hours before my stated check in time? The nerve of me. Anyway, just roll with it. The wonderful guests will come.
When I made this post this was my first 4 star review, but 1 year later and probably around 200 guests later it has not been my last haha. The majority of my reviews are 5 star but there are still those guests that you will get that are impossible to please, one of my favourite 4 star reviews was from someone who complained that we had a foosball table saying she “doesn’t like foosball”. It takes all kinds. The majority of our guests though have been great so don’t let the bad ones get you down!
