Finding a property in London, what do I need to know?

Hi guys,
I’m very new to this and have never hosted through air bnb before. I’ll soon have to move out of my current flat and would ideally want to move into a flat and rent out a room through air bnb.
I’d really appreciate some help from Londoners who’ve done it before and know what to watch out for.

Make sure your lease allows it! Many don’t. If you are found in violation of the lease terms, they can terminate your tenancy instantly. At least here in the States that is the case. Make sure it is ok with your landlord and be up front. Your neighbors will surely tell them if you don’t.
