OMG there’s a big house not far from here on a main drag that has had at least 6 giant trucks and more for 3 days and nights, for a film production, likely. Tables for feeding crew out on the greensward, piles of garbage bags, excessive parking needs et al. Even if I owned that house I would not put my neighbors through that for less than 75k $, and I would give those neighbors some of that moolah, too. What a hassle! I’m guessing the big productions come with the deep pockets!
The only ones we might ever agree to will be small with deep pockets; i.e nonexistent…
