Extra guests confusion

So I’m a little confuse about the extra guests charges. Say my apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 pax, and any extra guests after that will be charged. At the additional guests “For each guest after”, do I set 4 or 1?

If you accommodate four set it for any additional after 4.
