It depends… 2 or 3 nights, no. 4+ nights yes. I do not list the washer and dryer in my big cabin as an amenity so it’s a bonus. The smaller cabin has a locked door so they do not even see it, but if I were to get a 4+ day booking there I may leave it unlocked… Hmm, 4 nighter checks in tomorrow…

That seems like a great competitive advantage, especially during the pandemic. Sometimes if I do something extra I tell guests “please don’t mention the (fill in the blank amenity) because I don’t offer it to every guest.” They think they are getting something special and they are extra pleased when they write the review.
