Definitely not. There are many threats to Airbnb in addition to government regulation: insurance issues, world events, natural disasters, pissed off neighbors. It won’t forever go away but we have a lot of adjusting to do in the peer to peer economy.
yup, it will have many problems but the genie is out of the bottle and is not going back in.

Agree. Some of us who signed up in the beginning have seen them change radically. They have changed From much better platform and IT—yes really! and homespun customer service which was host centered, to… what we have now.
