I see that you know how many guests you’ve had. We’ve been doing Airbnb for 2.5 years and I haven’t figured out how to know that. I know how to see the review count, but not the guest count. Something I’m missing, or do you simply keep track on your own?
Simple, actually - we have a visitors’ book and we insist that all our guests signs it! It’s a good way of remembering the nice people!
@RebeccaF Opportunities -> Superhost -> Stays Hosted
The drop down menu will let you look at the numbers by previous years or by the quarter as well.
It seems that it’s fine for full years but that first partial year and current partial year are useless for getting to the total. Or am I missing something?
@kkc
I might be missing something too but if you run a year at a time and add it up, it works for me. The first drop down is Oct 1, 2018 - Sep 30, 2019, and then add Oct 1, 2017 - Sep 30, 2018 and so on…at some point (way back for you!) you get to the Oct 1-Sep 30 that was your first one-year period. This should add up. I’m not sure if I’m explaining it well.
It’s a year at a time but not a calendar year.
Ah, okay. Lack of interest and two IPAs explain my inattention to that. Like you say, the numbers are too high, lol.
Me too really. I just wanted to help @RebeccaF by figuring it out. I like a little research project
I want one! I thought about it just haven’t gotten around to it : (
