OK so I created my listing and I would like to delete it to start from scratch. Is there a way to delete my listing and create a new one?
I havent had any bookings and I want to create a new listing as I will soon be kicked off the new listing priority. Is this possible to delete and create a new listing?

Actually, you can also delete it entirely.
On the website, look on the “Basics” page, scroll to the bottom and click on “If you wish, you can permanently deactivate this listing.”
Let me know if you manage to get the “new listing” boost.

With your next one, I would suggest you work on it as a draft until you are ready to let the listing go live.

Yeah I am pending photos for the apartment and wont be able to have them untill another 2 weeks and the listing has been online for 2 weeks so I am scared that when I have the photos the listing wont have priority and will be hard to get bookings. Also I hope that with the new listing airbnb wont take into consideration my previous listing and wont give it priority!
Are you actually a live listing with no photos? Or you have a live listing with photos you don’t like? Or are you building a listing waiting for the photos?
I suddenly got confused by the narrative.
I have a listing with old photos as I am restoring the house and I will have new photos in the next few weeks. the listing is only two weeks old and since I havent got a booking yet I decided to delete the listing and create a new one when photos and apartment are completed.
Thank you for the clarification. Sounds like you went live too early, which makes sense, but many people have no ability to envision what a space will look like after renovations, and might not trust that the work will be done as described. Not sure if you get a second boost for the same address. Will be interesting to learn about this.
Yeah hope that the boost is not linked to the email, then again, it makes sense to have a boost with every new listing to help the person out…
But yours is not a new listing, you just made your listing go live before you were ready.
