Hello fellow hosts,
I’m having issues with Airbnb payouts being delayed - I’m still waiting a payout to be sent for a reservation from 29.07, and another one from yesterday. Transaction history doesn’t show that payout was sent, haven’t received an email either.
Airbnb replied via email that they’ve sent it, said the same on Twitter and when I sent them a photo of my transaction history which clearly shows they haven’t, they stopped replying to my messages. Properly getting up my nerves.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Saw that there has been a case similar before with PayPal, while mine is a bank transfer.
Anyway, I don’t really care if they’re having issues or something, what I do care is getting my money fast and on time. What do you suggest?
